Nick Rossi Chef Knife Class- Feb. 5th-7th 2027 (9am-5pm)
Learn to make high performance kitchen knives from start to finish. Every aspect of the process will be demonstrated and explained in detail from material selection to final sharpening. Each participant should expect to complete at least one 6-8” chef knife in an eastern or western style featuring a 1084 blade with an exotic wood handle. Some experience with bladesmithing may be useful.
