Blade-Sharpening Workshop- Aug. 29th 2026 (10am-3pm)

In this three hour class, you will receive a Japanese kitchen knife (a $125 value) which you will sharpen during the class. You will learn how to make a new edge on a dull knife and to maintain it at home, and much more. Once sharp you will take home your new, freshly sharpened chef knife!
